(יג) וְעָשִׂ֥יתָ מִשְׁבְּצֹ֖ת זָהָֽב׃ (יד) וּשְׁתֵּ֤י שַׁרְשְׁרֹת֙ זָהָ֣ב טָה֔וֹר מִגְבָּלֹ֛ת תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתָ֖ם מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה עֲבֹ֑ת וְנָתַתָּ֛ה אֶת־שַׁרְשְׁרֹ֥ת הָעֲבֹתֹ֖ת עַל־הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצֹֽת׃ {ס}

(יג) וְתַעְבֵּד מְרַמְּצָן דִּדְהָב: (יד) וְתַרְתֵּין תִּכִּין דְּהַב דְּכֵי מְתַחְמָן תַּעְבֵּד יָתְהוֹן עוֹבַד גְּדִילוּ וְתִתֵּן יָת תִּכַּיָּא גְדִילָתָא עַל מְרַמְּצָתָא:

13. Make settings of gold 14. and two chains of pure gold. Make them on the edge, braided work, and place the braided chains on the settings.

(טו) וְעָשִׂ֜יתָ חֹ֤שֶׁן מִשְׁפָּט֙ מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה חֹשֵׁ֔ב כְּמַעֲשֵׂ֥ה אֵפֹ֖ד תַּעֲשֶׂ֑נּוּ זָ֠הָ֠ב תְּכֵ֨לֶת וְאַרְגָּמָ֜ן וְתוֹלַ֧עַת שָׁנִ֛י וְשֵׁ֥שׁ מׇשְׁזָ֖ר תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתֽוֹ׃ (טז) רָב֥וּעַ יִֽהְיֶ֖ה כָּפ֑וּל זֶ֥רֶת אׇרְכּ֖וֹ וְזֶ֥רֶת רׇחְבּֽוֹ׃ (יז) וּמִלֵּאתָ֥ בוֹ֙ מִלֻּ֣אַת אֶ֔בֶן אַרְבָּעָ֖ה טוּרִ֣ים אָ֑בֶן ט֗וּר אֹ֤דֶם פִּטְדָה֙ וּבָרֶ֔קֶת הַטּ֖וּר הָאֶחָֽד׃ (יח) וְהַטּ֖וּר הַשֵּׁנִ֑י נֹ֥פֶךְ סַפִּ֖יר וְיָהֲלֹֽם׃ (יט) וְהַטּ֖וּר הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֑י לֶ֥שֶׁם שְׁב֖וֹ וְאַחְלָֽמָה׃ (כ) וְהַטּוּר֙ הָרְבִיעִ֔י תַּרְשִׁ֥ישׁ וְשֹׁ֖הַם וְיָשְׁפֵ֑ה מְשֻׁבָּצִ֥ים זָהָ֛ב יִהְי֖וּ בְּמִלּוּאֹתָֽם׃ (כא) וְ֠הָאֲבָנִ֠ים תִּֽהְיֶ֜יןָ עַל־שְׁמֹ֧ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה עַל־שְׁמֹתָ֑ם פִּתּוּחֵ֤י חוֹתָם֙ אִ֣ישׁ עַל־שְׁמ֔וֹ תִּֽהְיֶ֕יןָ לִשְׁנֵ֥י עָשָׂ֖ר שָֽׁבֶט׃ (כב) וְעָשִׂ֧יתָ עַל־הַחֹ֛שֶׁן שַֽׁרְשֹׁ֥ת גַּבְלֻ֖ת מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה עֲבֹ֑ת זָהָ֖ב טָהֽוֹר׃ (כג) וְעָשִׂ֙יתָ֙ עַל־הַחֹ֔שֶׁן שְׁתֵּ֖י טַבְּע֣וֹת זָהָ֑ב וְנָתַתָּ֗ אֶת־שְׁתֵּי֙ הַטַּבָּע֔וֹת עַל־שְׁנֵ֖י קְצ֥וֹת הַחֹֽשֶׁן׃ (כד) וְנָתַתָּ֗ה אֶת־שְׁתֵּי֙ עֲבֹתֹ֣ת הַזָּהָ֔ב עַל־שְׁתֵּ֖י הַטַּבָּעֹ֑ת אֶל־קְצ֖וֹת הַחֹֽשֶׁן׃ (כה) וְאֵ֨ת שְׁתֵּ֤י קְצוֹת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣י הָעֲבֹתֹ֔ת תִּתֵּ֖ן עַל־שְׁתֵּ֣י הַֽמִּשְׁבְּצ֑וֹת וְנָתַתָּ֛ה עַל־כִּתְפ֥וֹת הָאֵפֹ֖ד אֶל־מ֥וּל פָּנָֽיו׃ (כו) וְעָשִׂ֗יתָ שְׁתֵּי֙ טַבְּע֣וֹת זָהָ֔ב וְשַׂמְתָּ֣ אֹתָ֔ם עַל־שְׁנֵ֖י קְצ֣וֹת הַחֹ֑שֶׁן עַל־שְׂפָת֕וֹ אֲשֶׁ֛ר אֶל־עֵ֥בֶר הָאֵפֹ֖ד (הָאֵפ֖וֹד) בָּֽיְתָה׃ (כז) וְעָשִׂ֘יתָ֮ שְׁתֵּ֣י טַבְּע֣וֹת זָהָב֒ וְנָתַתָּ֣ה אֹתָ֡ם עַל־שְׁתֵּי֩ כִתְפ֨וֹת הָאֵפ֤וֹד מִלְּמַ֙טָּה֙ מִמּ֣וּל פָּנָ֔יו לְעֻמַּ֖ת מַחְבַּרְתּ֑וֹ מִמַּ֕עַל לְחֵ֖שֶׁב הָאֵפֽוֹד׃ (כח) וְיִרְכְּס֣וּ אֶת־הַ֠חֹ֠שֶׁן מִֽטַּבְּעֹתָ֞ו אֶל־טַבְּעֹ֤ת הָאֵפוֹד֙ בִּפְתִ֣יל תְּכֵ֔לֶת לִֽהְי֖וֹת עַל־חֵ֣שֶׁב הָאֵפ֑וֹד וְלֹֽא־יִזַּ֣ח הַחֹ֔שֶׁן מֵעַ֖ל הָאֵפֽוֹד׃ (כט) וְנָשָׂ֣א אַ֠הֲרֹ֠ן אֶת־שְׁמ֨וֹת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל בְּחֹ֧שֶׁן הַמִּשְׁפָּ֛ט עַל־לִבּ֖וֹ בְּבֹא֣וֹ אֶל־הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ לְזִכָּרֹ֥ן לִפְנֵֽי־יְהֹוָ֖ה תָּמִֽיד׃ (ל) וְנָתַתָּ֞ אֶל־חֹ֣שֶׁן הַמִּשְׁפָּ֗ט אֶת־הָאוּרִים֙ וְאֶת־הַתֻּמִּ֔ים וְהָיוּ֙ עַל־לֵ֣ב אַהֲרֹ֔ן בְּבֹא֖וֹ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהֹוָ֑ה וְנָשָׂ֣א אַ֠הֲרֹ֠ן אֶת־מִשְׁפַּ֨ט בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֧ל עַל־לִבּ֛וֹ לִפְנֵ֥י יְהֹוָ֖ה תָּמִֽיד׃ {ס}

(טו) וְתַעְבֵּד חשֶׁן דִּינָא עוֹבַד אֳמָן כְּעוֹבַד אֵפוֹדָא תַּעְבְּדִנֵּיהּ דַּהֲבָא תִּכְלָא וְאַרְגְּוָנָא וּצְבַע זְהוֹרִי וּבוּץ שְׁזִיר תַּעְבֵּד יָתֵיהּ: (טז) מְרַבַּע יְהֵי עֵיף זֶרְתָּא אֻרְכֵּיהּ וְזֶרְתָּא פְתָיֵהּ: (יז) וְתַשְׁלֵם בֵּיהּ אַשְׁלָמוּת אַבְנָא אַרְבְּעָא סִדְרִין אֶבֶן טָבָא סִדְרָא קַדְמָאָה סַמְקָן יַרְקָן וּבַרְקָן סִדְרָא חָד: (יח) וְסִדְרָא תִּנְיָנָא אִזְמָרַגְדִּין וְשַׁבְזִיז וְסִבְהֲלוֹם: (יט) וְסִדְרָא תְּלִיתָאָה קַנְכִּירֵי טַרְקְיָא וְעֵין עֶגְלָא: (כ) וְסִדְרָא רְבִיעָאָה כְּרוּם יַמָּא וּבוּרְלָא וּפַנְטֵרֵי מְרַמְּצָן דִּדְהַב יְהוֹן בְּאַשְׁלָמוּתְהוֹן: (כא) וְאַבְנַיָּא יְהֶוְיָן עַל שְׁמָהַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל תַּרְתֵּי עֶסְרֵי עַל שְׁמָהַתְהוֹן כְּתַב מְפָרַשׁ כִּגְלוֹף דְּעִזְקָא גְּבַר עַל שְׁמֵיהּ תְּהֶוְיָן לִתְרֵין עֲסַר שִׁבְטִין: (כב) וְתַעְבֵּד עַל חוּשְׁנָא תִּכִּין מְתַחְמָן עוֹבַד גְּדִילוּ דְּהַב דְּכֵי: (כג) וְתַעְבֵּד עַל חוּשְׁנָא תַּרְתֵּין עִזְקָן דִּדְהַב וְתִתֵּן יָת תַּרְתֵּין עִזְקָתָא עַל תְּרֵין סִטְרֵי חוּשְׁנָא: (כד) וְתִתֵּן יָת תַּרְתֵּין גְּדִילָן דִּדְהַב עַל תַּרְתֵּין עִזְקָתָא לְסִטְרֵי חוּשְׁנָא: (כה) וְיָת תַּרְתֵּין גְּדִילָן דְּעַל תַּרְתֵּין סִטְרוֹהִי תִּתֵּן עַל תַּרְתֵּין מְרַמְּצָתָא וְתִתֵּן עַל כִּתְפֵּי אֵפוֹדָא לָקֳבֵל אַפּוֹהִי: (כו) וְתַעְבֵּד תַּרְתֵּין עִזְקָן דִּדְהַב וּתְשַׁוִּי יָתְהוֹן עַל תְּרֵין סִטְרֵי חוּשְׁנָא עַל סִפְתֵיהּ דִּי לְעִבְרָא דְאֵפוֹדָא מִלְּגָיו: (כז) וְתַעְבֵּד תַּרְתֵּין עִזְקָן דִּדְהַב וְתִתֵּן יָתְהוֹן עַל תַּרְתֵּין כִּתְפֵּי אֵפוֹדָא מִלְּרַע מִלָּקֳבֵל אַפּוֹהִי לָקֳבֵל בֵּית לוֹפֵי מֵעִלָּוֵי לְהֶמְיַן אֵפוֹדָא: (כח) וְיֶחְדּוּן יָת חוּשְׁנָא מֵעִזְקְתֵיהּ לְעִזְקְתָא דְאֵפוֹדָא בְּחוּטָא דִתְכֶלְתָּא לְמֵהֱוֵי עַל הֶמְיַן אֵפוֹדָא וְלָא יִתְפָּרֵק חוּשְׁנָא מֵעִלָּוֵי אֵפוֹדָא: (כט) וְיִטּוֹל אַהֲרֹן יָת שְׁמָהַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּחשֶׁן דִּינָא עַל לִבֵּיהּ בְּמֵעֲלֵיהּ לְקוּדְשָׁא לְדוּכְרָנָא קֳדָם יְיָ תְּדִירָא: (ל) וְתִתֵּן בְּחשֶׁן דִּינָא יָת אוּרַיָּא וְיָת תֻּמַּיָּא וִיהוֹן עַל לִבָּא דְאַהֲרֹן בְּמֵעֲלֵיהּ קֳדָם יְיָ וְיִטּוֹל אַהֲרֹן יָת דִּינָא דִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַל לִבֵּיהּ קֳדָם יְיָ תְּדִירָא:

15. You shall make a breastplate of judgment, the work of a craftsman. Make it like the work of the apron; make it of gold, blue, purple, and crimson-dyed wool, and twisted linen. 16. It shall be square and doubled, its length a span[1] and its width a span. 17. Fill in it whole stones, four rows of fine stones. The first row carnelian,[2] topaz and emerald – one row. 18. The second row: turquoise, sapphire and amethyst. 19. The third row: jacinth, agate and crystal. 20. The fourth row: beryl, onyx and jasper. They shall be framed with gold in their wholeness.[3] 21. The stones will be for the names of the sons of Yisroel – 12 according to their names – clear script like the engraving of a ring, each according to his name they shall be, for the 12 tribes. 22. On the breastplate make chains for the borders of braided work in pure gold. 23. Make on the breastplate two rings of gold; place the two rings on the two sides of the breastplate, 24. and place the two gold braids on the two rings at the sides of the breastplate. 25. Place the two braids on the two sides on the two settings and place it on the shoulder-pieces of the apron, towards its front. 26. Make two gold rings and place them on the two sides of the breastplate, on its edge that faces the apron inward. 27. Make two rings of gold and place them on the two shoulders of the ephod below, towards the front, adjacent to its connecting place above the apron’s band. 28. The breastplate shall be attached from its rings to the rings of the apron by a blue cord, to be on the band of the apron and the breastplate will not move from above the apron. 29. Aharon will carry the names of the sons of Yisroel on the breastplate of judgment on his heart when he comes to the sanctuary, as a remembrance before Hashem always. 30. Place the urim and tumim in the breastplate of judgment and they will be on Aharon’s heart when he comes in before Hashem. Aharon will carry the judgment of the children of Israel on his heart before Hashem always.
