Hilchos Bikkurim 1:5

The five gifts to kohanim that may be eaten only in Jerusalem are the breast and the leg of peace offerings, their share of a thanksgiving offering, their share of the ram brought by a nazir, firstborn kosher animals and first fruits. These must be eaten in Jerusalem alone.

Hilchos Bikkurim 1:6

The five gifts that are given in Israel are terumah, terumas maaser and challah – all of which are holy – the first shearing of sheep and ancestral fields – all of which are secular. Under Biblical law, these things are given only in Israel. Terumah and challah from Israel may only be eaten in Israel.
