3,605. First Fruits Equals Terumah Plus...

Hilchos Bikkurim 3:4

After the one bringing first fruits puts them down in the Temple courtyard, they are permitted to the kohein even though the one bringing them has not yet recited the “confession.” If first fruits are removed from Jerusalem and returned, they may be eaten.

Hilchos Bikkurim 3:5

Eating first fruits is the same as eating terumah in all ways, but the following also apply: they are prohibited to someone who is bereaved (aninus); they have to be brought to Jerusalem; a ritually clean kohein who ate ritually unclean first fruits is subject to the penalty of lashes the same as a ritually clean non-kohein who ate second tithe that was rendered unclean. These rules don’t apply to terumah.
