3,615. Bringing First Fruits Twice

Hilchos Bikkurim 4:10

If someone brings first fruits and they’re rendered unclean in the Temple courtyard, he spills the basket out there and does not recite the “confession.”

Hilchos Bikkurim 4:11

Let’s say that someone brought first fruits from one species and recited the “confession.” Later, he brought first fruits from a different species. In such a case, he does not recite the “confession” again. This is derived from Deuteronomy 26:3: “I declare today.” We see that he makes one declaration, not two.
