Hilchos Bikkurim 5:3
Even if someone makes dough for his son’s wedding, he must separate 1/24 of it. This is true even though it’s a great volume, so as not to differentiate among the doughs of a homeowner. If a baker makes a small dough, he need only separate 1/48 so as not to differentiate among the doughs of a baker.
Hilchos Bikkurim 5:4
If dough was rendered unclean unwittingly or due to circumstances beyond one’s control, he need only separate 1/48. If one rendered it unclean intentionally, he must separate 1/24 so as not to reward him for his misdeed. Ritually unclean challah may be used by a kohein as fuel, the same as ritually unclean terumah.
