3,658. Buying Meat That Includes the Gifts
Hilchos Bikkurim 9:15
If a person asks a butcher for the innards of a cow and the abomasum (one of the gifts) is among them, the buyer should give them to a kohein, but the seller need not reduce the price to account for this. If the organs were sold by weight, the buyer should give the gifts to a kohein and their value should be deducted from the sale price.
Hilchos Bikkurim 9:16
If one person sends meat to another and there are gifts in it, the recipient need not be concerned that they might be stolen. In a place where there are no kohanim, one calculates the value of the gifts and then eats them in order to not cause a loss. He then gives the money to any kohein he wishes.
