MB3 180b: Running on Grass and Sitting on a Tree on Shabbos (336:2-3)

Roots and branches within three tefachim of the ground are usable on Shabbos. What if only part of a branch is within three tefachim?

Walking on grass is permissible even though you may uproot some of the grass. Grass that became detached on Shabbos is muktzah.

Watering grass on Shabbos, including passively (e.g. netilat yadayim over grass).

Removing the shlock from a sukkah on Yom Tov.

Pouring liquid onto grass that would be detrimental to the grass.
